The Touch ‘n Go Cards and Charms are available for purchase online via the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, as well as the Touch ‘n Go eWallet Lazada Store. They are also available at Touch ‘n Go Service and Sales Centers in Nu Sentral and Bangsar South. In the event of insufficient balance, the new SOS Balance feature in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet will enable eligible users pass through tolls, and they have 24 hours to reload their eWallet and settle the charges, with no extra fees.
